Custard's Last Stand ("Custard's," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information submitted through our offers, feedback forms, and promotional sign-up forms.
When you sign up or provide feedback, we may collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, hometown, consent selection, the page and referring URL associated with your sign-up, campaign information, coupon details, redemption status, rating, and written comments.
We use this information to determine promotion eligibility, prevent duplicate sign-ups, issue and deliver coupon codes, administer redemptions, provide customer support, maintain records, evaluate campaign performance, respond to feedback, and send promotional communications when you have consented to receive them. Every feedback rating and comment is emailed privately to our owner for review and possible follow-up. No public review is required to receive a coupon.
If you opt in, Custard's may send your offer and occasional future promotions by email and text message. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may reply STOP to cancel text messages or HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, text-message opt-in data, or consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the promotion and deliver messages, but only as necessary to provide those services on our behalf. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the promotion, enforce eligibility rules, meet legal and recordkeeping obligations, and support legitimate business purposes.
