These terms apply to the Custard's Last Stand promotional text-message program.
Customers who opt in may receive a text message containing a unique new-customer offer and redemption code, along with occasional future promotions, special offers, and store updates from Custard's Last Stand.
You opt in by entering your mobile phone number on a Custard's promotional web form and affirmatively checking the consent box. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. New-customer offers are subject to the eligibility and redemption terms shown on the applicable offer page.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for information about your messaging or data plan.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages. After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message. No additional promotional messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may be affected by your device, wireless coverage, or carrier service.
Our handling of personal and mobile information is described in the Custard's Last Stand Promotion Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, text-message opt-in data, or consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may update these terms periodically. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
